Former Corner Brook Mayor Priscilla Boutcher releases book of memoirs

Mrs. Boutcher spoke with BayFM's Terry Boland on October 22 regarding the launch of her new book. The 91-year-old was first elected in 1981, and served 6 terms, or 24 years on council, one of them as Mayor.
