A Corner Brook RNC officer has been charged in connection with an incident that happened in the city on November 10th. The province’s police watchdog, the Serious Incident Response Team completed an investigation involving Cst Peter Kelly, who was on duty at the time. Kelly is charged with careless storage of a firearm, ammunition and a prohibited weapon. He is due to appear in court July 14th.
